Our Terms and Conditions shall govern the use of this web site and all material and content generated and published by Lightner Property Group and distributed through its web site LightnerGroup.com. Lightner Property Group uses Microsoft Office XP or 2010 for its word processing, spreadsheet and presentation work. Under some circumstances, prior versions of Office may be unable to properly open and read the 2007 file format. If you have problems reading a Word, Excel or Powerpoint file created by Lightner Property Group and are not running Office 2007, we recommend you install the available Microsoft software patch that will update your Office programs.
